Puppet Art Build with CCHRP

Spudnik Press invites our community and warmly welcomes Chicago Committee for Human Rights in the Philippines (CCHRP) into the studio for a night of  paper mache, painting, and political education on Wednesday, July 17th from 6PM-9PM.

Our friends from CCHRP will be featuring speakers who will share firsthand experiences of the impact of US militarism in the Philippines (Caeli Peace mission, Rubi Peace mission, and Joe Internarional People’s Tribunal mission), followed by a Q&A session.

Guests can also learn about puppet-making, help CCHRP build puppets for mobilizations, and know more about lending support to end US military aid to the Philippines by passing the Philippines Human Rights Act (PHRA).
